Teresa Giudice’s Husband Joe Indicted Over Fake ID

The Real Housewife’s real husband is in real trouble. Joe Giudice, Teresa Guidice’s husband, has just been indicted in fraud charges involving a fake ID.

Reuters reports that Joe Giudice was indicted by a grand jury in Passaic County, NJ, on two criminal counts. Giudice allegedly obtained a fake driver’s license after his own license was suspended earlier this year.

Giudice is being charged with impersonation and wrongfully using information of another person. Giudice could face up to 10 years in state prison if he’s convicted.

After Giudice had his license suspended for drunk driving, he allegedly used his brother Pietro’s marriage and birth certificates to obtain another ID. The Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office started an investigation after they saw that Joe’s license bore his picture but his brother’s information.

Teresa Giudice hasn’t commented on the situation yet.

Giudice isn’t the only Real Housewife who is dealing with severe problems. Kim Richards recently had to check into rehab for a drug problem and according to the Wrap, Bethenny Frankel was recently sued for $100 million by her former company.
