Kim Richards’ Former Friend Claims ‘RHOBH’ Star Is A ‘Sick Puppy’ After Alleged Dog Attack

Kim Richards is under attack. On Monday, a former friend of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star spoke out, following an alleged mauling by Richards’ pit bull in March, claiming the reality star was always privileged, and hasn’t changed a bit.

“Kim once said to me, ‘If you are not somebody, then you are nobody,'” Kay Rozario, the 80-year-old former friend of Richards, told Radar Online on December 29. “When she said that, I decided that I didn’t want anything to do with her ever again.”

“I have known Kim since she was in a private school, in Encino. My daughter went to the same school and they were best friends,” Rozario continued to the site. “She is the same person that she always has been. She only calls people when she needs something. Kim is a sick puppy. If you are in TV and you are on every week, nobody ever says no to you. But Kyle does not act like this, and neither does Kathy.”

In March, when she went to stay with Kim Richards, Rozario claims she was attacked by her dog, Kingsley. Following the dog’s alleged attack on the elderly woman, she filed a suit against Richards for “Negligence, Statutory Strict Liability based on California’s Dog Bite Statute, Negligence per se, Intentional Misrepresentation, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress, Fraudulent Concealment and Conspiracy to Fraudulently Conceal.”

According to Rozario, Kingsley left her with numerous injuries and several wounds that required stitching.

“I am covered in blood, and I am laying on the floor and I couldn’t get up and Kim told everyone ‘do not call 911,'” Rozario recalled.

“When an ambulance came, they asked me if I wanted to call animal control and I said, ‘no Kim is going to do it’ because I really believed that she was going to. Any normal person would call animal control to get rid of this animal, but instead she was laying on the floor playing with pit bull. I am so angry, and I think that the dog should be put down because it has attacked several people now. As long as that dog is alive, Kim will get it back.”

After Rozario’s lawsuit was filed, as the Inquisitr reported, Kim Richards released a statement, also to Radar Online.

“I was shocked to learn that life long family friend Kay Rozario is bringing suit against me for an incident that took place in March,” Richards stated. “Mrs. Rozario has long played an important part in my life and is someone that I have looked at as a second mother. When the bite occurred I offered immediately to handle any and all costs associated with the hospital visit but was told that would not be necessary and there was nothing she needed me to do because insurance covered all costs.”

“Her details of what happened that morning are vehemently not true, she walked into my bedroom the next morning reaching across Kingsley towards me and Kingsley went after her. She was fully aware that I had a dog before she came to town and saw him upon her arrival. In the past Mrs. Rozario has sold multiple stories involving my family and myself and was paid for her participation in a book about my family.”
