Ian Somerhalder Gets Cozy With Girlfriend Nikki Reed Over The Holidays
Ian Somerhalder’s relationship with actress Nikki Reed seems to be heating up over this chilly holiday.
Us Weekly stated that the Vampire Diaries star spent the holidays with his girlfriend while enjoying some sun and snow during their little skiing getaway with Reed’s brother, Nathan.
The couple took to the slopes in Sun Valley, Idaho, with Reed’s brother Nathan, and blew off some steam this holiday. By the looks of the photos and videos posted to both Somerhalder’s and Reed’s Instagram pages, it looks like the trip was enjoyed by all.
According to People, Nathan shot an adorable video of Somerhalder and Reed while they were horsing around in the snow. The video ended up on Reed’s Instagram feed with the following caption.
“When families combine and hearts collide there’s only one thing to do. The butt wiggle. @nathanaugustreed you are a crowned video king- the fact that you did this on your snowboard for two and a half minutes is the best. My brother and my love all in one day, on one mountain- I’m so overwhelmed by all of the beauty that surrounds us. HAPPY HOLIDAYS! Love… us.”
Ian Somerhalder also took to his Instagram feed to post an adorable photo (above) of himself with girlfriend Nikki Reed out enjoying the sun and the snow.

It looks like Somerhalder’s romance is still going strong, considering it is still at the base of rumors that say that the relationship has caused some major drama on the set of The Vampire Diaries.
According to a recent report by the Inquisitr, it looks like Somerhalder’s ex, Nina Dobrev, may have finally moved on. Does that mean the drama is over? Considering her new man is rumored to be fellow Vampire Diaries star Chris Wood, also known as Kai on the show, the drama may have only just begun.
Will these two budding relationships cause more drama between Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev? Only time will tell!
