A Piece of Candy? Slim Dunkin Reportedly Murdered After Confection Confrontation [Video]

Rapper Slim Dunkin was murdered earlier this week in an Atlanta Studio. Police are still searching for the shooter but they believe that they may have stumbled upon the motive. Slim Dunkin was reportedly killed over a piece of candy.

Homicide detective David Quinn said:

“The information we’re getting, it’s unconfirmed, but witnesses are saying this whole thing started over a piece of candy.”

Quinn says that Slim Dunkin, born Mario Hamilton, was killed after an altercation erupted over a stolen piece of candy. News One reports that Dunkin walked into a recording booth and snatched a small piece of candy out of another man’s hand. The act led to an argument, which led to a fistfight, which ended with Slim Dunkin being shot in the chest.

Police are currently interviewing witnesses in an attempt to identify the shooter.
