How Does Jill Duggar’s Sister Really Feel About Her?
Jill Duggar and her sister Jessa might not be feuding after all.
According to recent reports, the 19 Kids and Counting stars have been embroiled in a bitter battle over pregnancies, weddings, and houses. However, now it appears as though Jill Duggar walks on water in Jessa’s eyes.
People magazine recently reported on Jessa Duggar’s surprisingly intense admiration for Jill. Jessa had a huge family to be thankful for on Christmas day, but she chose to single out her older sibling in a sickeningly-sweet X-mas Instagram post about sisterly love.
“So thankful for this sweet girl! Jill, you’re such an amazing example to me of what it means to be a loving wife! I love you so much!! ? So blessed to call you my sister. @jillmdillard”
The Stir believes that the above photo caption is a hint that Jessa is already trying to get pregnant.
“It seems like Jessa really looks up to her older sister — not just as a person, but as a wife and mom-to-be. Does this mean Jessa is going to follow in Jill’s pregnant footsteps soon? Being that she called Jill an ‘amazing example’ — and being that she’s a Duggar — I’d think that’s a pretty safe assumption!”
As the Inquisitr recently reported, a Duggar insider has claimed that Jessa and Ben Seewald started trying for a baby as soon as they got married. However, Jessa’s post about Jill Duggar probably wasn’t a pregnancy announcement — it was likely a response to the persistent sibling rivalry rumors.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Jessa was recently accused of envying the huge house that Jill and Derick Dillard got to move into after their wedding. Some reports say that the couple received the mini-mansion as a wedding gift from Jim Bob Duggar, but Jill and her family might have to move out of the 4,000-square-foot home eventually. According to Zap2it, Jim Bob actually told Jill and Derick that they’re just serving as house sitters until he can sell the home.
Rumors of Jessa and Jill Duggar’s feud first surfaced earlier this month, when it was noticed that Jill wasn’t following Jessa on Twitter. Since then, there have been allegations that Jessa was jealous of Jill Duggar’s pregnancy, and angry with her sister for beating her to the altar (Jessa and Ben Seewald started courting months before Jill and Derick Dillard did).
So far, Jill Duggar has chosen not to acknowledge Jessa’s Instagram post — instead the 19 Kids and Counting star recently showed her love for bananas, peanut butter, and Duggar-friendly films. Her Instagram caption was accompanied by a “haters gonna hate” photo.
