Yesterday on TNT’s NBA halftime show, Shaquille O’Neal got slammed hard into a Christmas tree.
While on the Christmas day set, both Shaquille O’Neal and fellow commentator Kenny “The Jet” Smith both started racing for a Christmas tree on the set. Smith shoved O’Neal, sending the 7’1″, 300-plus pound behemoth sprawling into a large Christmas tree.
Here’s the video.
Shaquille O’Neal’s coworkers got quite the kick out of seeing the big man being sent head first into the Christmas tree, and Twitter did as well.
Watching Shaquille O’Neal fall into a christmas tree was probably the highlight of my break.

After the Christmas crash, Shaquille said that he was “okay,” but that he was going to be out for revenge.
Kenny Smith held up his hands in defense, saying, “That was an accident!”
Shaq’s response? “This means war.”
O’Neal, who started calling himself “The Big Aristotle” for his composure and insight when interviewing NBA superstars, joined the NBA on TNT in 2011 as a commentator and analyst, along with Kenny Smith, Earnie Johnson, and Charles Barkley.
