Kim Kardashian Divorce: Kanye West Buys Daughter North A $62,000 Tiara, Wants To Win Kim Back At Christmas
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are reportedly nearing a divorce, but the rapper just made an expensive gesture in an attempt to salvage the marriage.
Reports claimed that Kanye dropped $62,000 on a diamond-encrusted tiara for his daughter, North West, and is hoping the pricy Christmas gifts will help win Kim back.
Kanye West reportedly spent $74,000 in all on his daughter, with a $12,000 replica of his black SUV to go along with the tiara. He also went on a buying spree for his wife.
“For Kim, he’s got specially commissioned designer clothes, shoes, bags, and jewels, too,” a source told the Daily Mail. “Well, actually he asked his stylist to do it.”
The divorce rumors have been growing for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, with reports that the couple has been living apart and getting into frequent fights. Within the span of just a couple of weeks there were reports that the couple spent Thanksgiving apart and then Kanye failed to bring Kim and North along to his family reunion.
Others have claimed that Kanye wants to move to Paris, leaving his family behind in the states.
But not everyone believes the reports. Gossip Cop, a site that frequently takes apart celebrity rumors, claims that many of the reports come from sites that have lied about the Kardashians in the past.
Gossip Cop states that false reports about Kanye spending Christmas in Paris without Kim came from various outlets, including VH1’s The Gossip Table.
“VH1’s abominable The Gossip Table for instance, the same show that once spread the lie about Lionel Richie being Khloe Kardashian’s real father, claimed to have ‘sources’ who said Kim and Kanye would be spending the holiday away from each other. The show reported that West would be in Paris, while Kardashian would be in Los Angeles.”
Other reports cast doubt on rumors that Kanye West wants to make a grand gesture at Christmas. A number of outlets reports that Kanye and Kim Kardashian won’t even be together on Christmas, making their divorce all the more likely.
