Xbox ‘Countdown To 2015’ Deals Continue ‘Destiny’, ‘COD: Advanced Warfare’ Discounts
Microsoft kicked off the second week of the Countdown to 2015 promotion Tuesday with more game digital deals for the Xbox One and Xbox 360. This week’s deals are highlighted by discounts on Destiny, Alien: Isolation, Diablo III, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, and Telltale Games’ episodic series like The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us.
This second set of week-long deals for both Xbox consoles will run through New Year’s Eve, December 31. There will be new daily deals each day along the way. The first up is Dragon Age: Inquisition, but this article will be updated with the deal each day.
The weekly deals for the Xbox One feature Alien: Isolation and its Season Pass each slashed in half. Meanwhile, Destiny and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare get $15 discounts while The Walking Dead Season 1 and Season 2 plus The Wolf Among Us are all cut $10.
There’s more to choose from in the Xbox 360 weekly deals with cheap offers on classic games like Red Dead Redemption, Bully, Spec Ops: The Line and Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. Recent releases such as Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and Destiny are priced similarly to the Xbox One discounts. As previously reported in the Inquisitr, purchasing Destiny or Advanced Warfare digitally for the Xbox 360 automatically grants the digital Xbox One version for free.
