Jill Duggar Kiss Photo: 6-Month Anniversary Prompts Gushing From ’19 Kids And Counting’ Star
Jill Duggar’s kissing photos from her six-month wedding anniversary had fans smiling as the newlywed gushed over her husband Derick Dillard. The 19 Kids & Counting star was getting a bit emotional about the big day via her Instagram page. Jill Dillard shared a number of photos from her wedding day with fans and praised her husband quite a bit.
In one post, Jill marveled at how the past six months have flown by. Dillard adds that every day gets better and better, and she can’t believe how blessed she is to be married to the most wonderful man ever. In other posts she commented about how she married her best friend and one photo showed a very special moment with Derick’s mom.
As 19 Kids & Counting fans know, at the time of Jill and Derick’s wedding, his mom Cathy was in the middle of a tough cancer battle. Jill posted a photo of herself, Derick and a few others gathered around Cathy just before the wedding in a special moment of prayer. Jill adds that now Cathy is cancer-free, a big relief to fans who have been lending their support.
This TLC show remains incredibly popular, despite some controversial headlines regarding the family’s ultra-conservative beliefs. In fact, Jill’s photo with Derick’s mom and the update that she’s cancer-free garnered more than 75,000 “likes” in a matter of hours. Jill and Derick in particular seem to have become fan favorites, though Jessa Duggar and her new hubby Ben Seewald are quite popular with viewers too.
As Jill and Derick embrace their six-month anniversary, they also look forward to their first son’s birth. They are expecting a baby boy in the spring, and 19 Kids & Counting fans got a new baby bump update as Jill and Derick shared some tidbits from a recent mission trip to El Salvador.
There are big baby updates ahead for the Duggar family, as Josh and Anna Duggar are expecting their fourth baby as well. Of course man 19 Kids fans are anticipating news from Jessa and Ben, too, since they got married on November 1 and many expect they will work toward building a family quickly as well.
A new season of 19 Kids & Counting begins in February 2015 and fans can’t wait. The new season will surely focus not only on Jessa and Ben’s wedding, but on Derick and Jill’s pregnancy extensively as well. TLC has not revealed an exact premiere date yet, so for now fans of Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard will need to stay tuned for specifics.
