‘The Real Housewives Of New Jersey’ Star Teresa Giudice Is Planning To File A Lawsuit Over Wendy Feldman’s Tell-All [Report]

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice is planning to file a lawsuit in an effort to keep her private life out of Wendy Feldman’s upcoming tell-all book.

“Teresa is absolutely disgusted that Wendy is seeking to profit off of her legal problems,” an insider told Radar Online on December 18. “According to Teresa, Wendy signed a non-disclosure agreement which would prohibit her from writing” about the Real Housewives of New Jersey star.

“Letters will be sent to Wendy and the publisher, stating the book is a violation of Teresa’s privacy,” the source continued. “If Teresa needs to file a lawsuit against Wendy and anyone else associated with this book, she will. Teresa has already had lawyers send legal correspondence to Wendy reminding her not to discuss the case publicly.”

As the Inquisitr reported, Feldman announced plans to release a tell-all book, which would feature the Real Housewives of New Jersey star, on Tuesday.

“There will be several chapters in my new book dedicated to my time spent working with Teresa Giudice. From the day, I met her, until the day I quit and how Teresa went downhill so fast after that,” Feldman told Radar Online earlier this week. “I had to juggle so many things while working with Teresa, including many of my other non-celebrity clients. It was a constant struggle with Teresa to get her to take responsibility for her actions, and I was basically on call for her 24/7.”

Feldman also revealed other details would be discussed in the book, in addition to her insider knowledge about Giudice.

“Wendy can write about whatever she wants; it just can’t include anything about Teresa or Joe. Teresa feels that Wendy used her to get publicity and doesn’t want to be associated with her in any capacity,” the site continued.

According to a previous report by the Inquisitr, The Real Housewives of New Jersey star’s home was raided by the federal government on Monday as part of an ongoing fraud case, which she and her husband, Joe Giudice, were sentenced for in October.

On December 15, the feds were “granted a court order to raid their home. They arrived unannounced, and Teresa was surprised; however, she had no choice but to let them in,” a source revealed to Rumorfix.

Teresa Giudice is scheduled to turn herself into prison on January 5 to begin a 15-month prison term.

Production on The Real Housewives of New Jersey is currently in hiatus.
