In a recent issue of Japan’s Famitsu Magazine, Capcom revealed that Asura’s Wrath will be getting a demo in Japan on January 10. Before you get all jealous, Capcom confirmed shortly afterwards that the demo is coming to North America as well, though the date is undecided.
If you’ve ever seen a trailer for Asura’s Wrath before, you probably don’t need me to tell you that the game is nuts. Not just a little nuts, either; Asura’s Wrath is certifiably insane – and that’s at least partly what makes it look so awesome.
It remains to be seen if the game’s actually any good though, but a demo should go a long way towards giving consumers an idea of what they can expect out of the full product. According to Andriasang’s report, part of the demo will be what was shown during Tokyo Game Show last year, with some additional content added in.
Asura’s Wrath launches in North America on February 21, 2012 followed by a release in Europe on February 24.
