MTV Divorce Off? ‘Teen Mom 2’ Stars Leah Messer And Jeremy Calvert Reunite
Is an MTV divorce being called off? It sure looks that way. After Jeremy Calvert accused his wife, Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer, of cheating on him with Robbie Kidd, Calvert told fans he was filing for divorce. However, two months after the allegations, he appears to have had a change of heart.
On Saturday, Messer tweeted, “Going go see our Daddy! @Calvert505.”
A while later, she re-tweeted a message from Inspirational Tweets, which read, “Count your blessings.”
As the Inquisitr reported earlier, Calvert was not in attendance at Ali and Aleeah Simms’ 5th birthday party on Sunday, which hinted a MTV divorce was coming soon. However, in a Facebook message over the weekend, Calvert confirmed he did not skip the party because he wanted to. Instead, he was missing from the action because of his job.
“Yes Jeremy Lynn and I are still together(: I was with him the night before close to his job. He had to work and could not make it to the girls birthday party. ): We were thinking of him as he was thinking of us and we missed him dearly but knew he was doing what he had to for us! xoxo.”
Even if Calvert did have to work, missing the girls’ birthday seems a bit odd — especially considering his wife’s alleged hookup partner recently spoke out, giving details about their reported rendezvous.
Last week, according to the Inquisitr, Kidd spoke to In Touch Weekly, alleging he and Messer did have sex after all. (In October, following Jeremy’s tweets, both Messer and Kidd denied hooking up.) Still, no MTV divorce papers were filed.
“That day, around noon, I asked her if she wanted to come over and talk,” Kidd told the magazine of his and Messer’s early October reported affair. “Leah didn’t hesitate. She came right over, and one thing led to another and we had sex. We wore protection. That was the one and only time.”
“Afterward, she said, ‘Oh, what did we do?'”
In the interview, Kidd claimed he and Messer’s long history was what drew them back together.
“Whenever things are going bad in our lives, we reach out to each other, and this is what happens,” he said.
While Kidd and Messer reportedly had a connection, Kidd has no interest in getting back with her long term.
“We’ll always have a connection, but I’m tired of the drama,” he said. “I’m finally happy with where I’m at in my life. I don’t want anything to do with her anymore.”
At this point, an MTV divorce appears to be a possibility, but with no papers filed, it’s hard to say what will happen with Messer and Calvert.
