WWE: TLC Pay-Per-View Full Match Card Preview And Predictions

WWE’s annual TLC pay-per-view is tonight, and it has gargantuan shoes to fill after NXT R Evolution nearly had “Show of the Year” on Thursday night. It is being reported that the WWE main roster is highly-motivated after watching the young guns out-perform nearly everyone on the main roster a few nights ago. Not only that, but NXT did so well that frustration is starting to set in, because NXT’s shows and pay-per-views are above-and-beyond better than WWE’s main shows.

WWE will most-likely send a message to the NXT superstars that will prove why they’re in NXT and not on the main shows. Tonight’s pay-per-view has interesting matches on it, so let’s preview all of them and I’ll give you my prediction on each match.

TLC Match
Dean Ambrose vs. Bray Wyatt — This match should close the show, but with John Cena on the card, it will be stuck near the middle of the show. Wyatt and Ambrose come in with the best feud and most entertaining one at that. Both men are hungry to steal the show, and it may win “match of the night” honors. Prepare yourself for a sadistic battle in a TLC match. Winner: Dean Ambrose

Tables Match
John Cena vs. Seth Rollins — This will be the main event of the night, and Seth Rollins will once again be top dog. His athleticism is scary good, and Cena is a safe worker who can perform well with better wrestlers. Look at his matches with CM Punk and it’ll show. Cena isn’t as bad as people think. It wouldn’t make sense for Rollins to win, because he has the briefcase. Cena and Brock Lesnar will do battle at Royal Rumble, so the ending will be predictable. Winner: John Cena

WWE Intercontinental Championship Ladder Match
Dolph Ziggler vs. Luke Harper (c) — This match as all the potential to be “match of the night.” Ziegler wants to be noticed, as does Harper. WWE fans don’t give him enough credit. Harper is a great wrestler for his size. He can add emotion with his mannerisms and will do flying tonight. Don’t expect Ziggler to win, because a main event-push is in his future. Winner: Luke Harper

WWE United States Championship Match
Rusev (c) vs. Jack Swagger – Just like the Cena/Rollins match, the ending is very predictable. Rusev will continue his undefeated streak and will retain the United States title. Only interesting thing here, Lana posted a picture of the old European title on Twitter, and then quickly deleted it. Was that foreshadowing? Winner: Rusev

WWE Divas Championship
Nikki Bella (c) vs. AJ Lee — Lee hinted on Smackdown that she was leaving after the TLC show. Not only that, but rumors are again swirling that she will depart the WWE after tonight. If that’s the case, Bella will win without a doubt. Expect a good match, only due to Lee’s great skill. Bella is still mediocre and cannot carry a match. Winner: Nikki Bella

WWE Tag Team Championship Match
The Miz and Damien Mizdow (c) vs. The Uso’s — It will happen one day. Damien Mizdow will snap and turn on the Miz. He is arguably the most-entertaining thing in WWE. Mizdow can wrestle; while at the same time make you laugh. Expect them to retain, but WWE will tease more tension between Miz and his stunt double tonight. Winner: The Miz and Damien Mizdow

Chairs Match?
Ryback vs. Kane — Kane and Ryback are good workers when given a good gimmick. Chairs matches are still in its infancy. Why not have a long-time veteran work with a new star in a different match? Ryback isn’t new, but his time at the top surely is a different feel. With the Authority slowly on the way out, expect a victory from Ryback, as long as he doesn’t break Kane’s ribs on purpose. Winner: Ryback

Steel Stairs Match
Erick Rowan vs. The Big Show — This match makes absolutely no sense. I can’t even begin to think how a Stairs match will go. Rowan is great and on the rise, but the Big Show completed his 24th face/heel turn at Survivor Series. Hopefully, these men will erase the doubt from the WWE Universe. Winner: Erick Rowan

Random Match
The New Day vs. Gold & Stardust — Am I the only one that doesn’t get the New Day? They don’t make any sense. Kofi Kingston should still be running rampant through the mid-card. Big E has potential, but is getting wasted here. Xavier Woods just wants to be on TV, so they gave him a job. Speaking of, the New Day will go over tonight as Gold and Stardust will “job.” How ironic? Winner: The New Day

The TLC pay-per-view starts at 8 p.m. est. on the WWE Network. Expect a night that would’ve been worse, had it not been for those pesky NXT wrestlers. We’ll have analysis on the Inquisitr starting tomorrow.
