The Rosemary Anderson High School shooting in Portland, Oregon, caused quite a bit of confusion and sent concerned parents to the Rosemary Anderson High School on December 12 to make sure their children were safe.
As reported by the Oregonian, the Rosemary Anderson High School shooter left the scene. However, police say the area is safe and secure while parents of the Rosemary Anderson High School students are reuniting with their children at Killingsworth Ct. and Kerby.

Accordingly, updates from Maxine Bernstein, who covers law enforcement for the Oregonian, reflect the most recent happenings on the scene of the Rosemary Anderson High School shooting, such as Sgt. Pete Simpson relaying the fact that the three victims who ran into the Rosemary Anderson High School after the shooting were conscious and breathing.

According to Simpson, the three victims were two boys and one girl. Simpson also stated that he didn’t know how the shooter left the area.
It hasn’t been confirmed whether or not the shooter was an actual Rosemary Anderson High School student — or if the victims were students or passersby who ran into the school for safety. However, Rosemary Anderson High School students report hearing the gunshots.
“When gunshot victims are alive and breathing at a crime scene, that’s a great sign. This is not an active shooter.”
As reported by the Inquisitr, the Rosemary Anderson High School is a small alternative high school that enjoys a high, 90 percent, rate of graduation among its students.
