The Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson shared a topless photo of herself online on Thursday. Although she didn’t mean to do so, and issued an apology a short time later, the nude breast photo quickly made headlines around the web.
“This morning Gunvalson posted a picture on Instagram of a gift she had received from Bravo, which was a pair of beats headphones, [sic]” Radar Online reported on December 11. “The only thing was that she did not realize was that the pair of headphones wasn’t the only pair she was exposing in the photo. The packaging for the headphones was reflective — and showed her nude breasts!”
Immediately after realizing her photo contained a clear visual of her breasts, Gunvalson’s photo was removed from her Instagram account, but unfortunately for The Real Housewives of Orange County star, Radar Online was able to get a screenshot of the photo.
On social media, Gunvalson, who the Inquisitr recently claimed lost a ton of weight using a juice detox diet, apologized to those who saw the shocking photo.
On Facebook, The Real Housewives of Orange County star told fans, “I’m a human being and we make mistakes. I wanted to shout out to Bravo for my Beats while blow drying my hair and getting ready for work, I clearly couldn’t see the reflection when I posted the image on Instagram. I apologize to anyone that saw the picture and am deeply embarrassed.”
Earlier this week, fans were shocked when the Inquisitr claimed Gunvalson’s boyfriend, Brooks Ayers, was wanted by Bravo to appear on The Real Housewives of Orange County alongside her. Even more shocking was Gunvalson’s claim that producers threatened to reduce her role on the show if she didn’t have Ayers film with her.
“It’s really frightening bringing back Brooks into my life publicly,” Gunvalson told Us Weekly on December 8. “[Bravo] basically put the gauntlet down and said, ‘If you don’t film with Brooks, then we are reducing your role.’ And I was like, ‘Oh no! You did not just say that!'”
Depite Bravo’s threats, Gunvalson will reportedly be around for a while longer.
“I am not going to throw in the towel on the Housewife franchise,” Gunvalson said. “I will be in a walker with my botox and my false eyelashes. I mean, at the end of the day, they’re going to have to kill me off!”
The Real Housewives of Orange County are expected to return for Season 10 next year.
