Did Miranda Simms And Corey Diss ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Leah Calvert On Twitter?

Miranda Simms and her husband, Corey, are getting back into social media, after taking some time off in light of the recent allegations made against Corey’s ex-wife, Teen Mom 2 star Leah Calvert. Unfortunately, a short time after they returned, they found themselves in a bit of trouble.

On Sunday, Corey tweeted a Bible verse, which read, “2 Corinthians 11:14 And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light,” and his wife, Miranda Simms, re-tweeted the message, and wrote, “Amen Baby!”

Right away, fans wondered if Corey was taking a dig at Leah.

“Leah?” one fan asked.

Another tagged Leah, and wrote, “I think he means u…#shedevil.”

“Leah Calvert for instance?” a third said.

All the controversy surrounding the tweet led Corey back to Twitter, where he set the record straight, claiming his tweet was not meant to insult Leah.

“My tweet was not directed towards anyone. Simply liked year verse,” he explained.

However, not everyone was convinced, and one woman said, “If the shoe fits.”

At the end of October, as reported by the Inquisitr, Miranda Simms’ husband was rumored to have been playing a part in Leah and Jeremy’s impending divorce.

“It was actually [Corey Simms] who called Jeremy to inform him of what his wife was allegedly doing with Robbie Kidd,” The Ashley’s Reality Roundup reported on October 28. “Jeremy had already heard the rumors around town and Corey confirmed them. Of course, Corey knows firsthand how it feels to hear around town that Leah was cheating on him with Robbie, since, as we ‘Teen Mom 2? fans got to watch a few seasons ago, that’s exactly what happened to Corey.”

The source also claimed Jeremy intended to keep Ali and Aleeah in his daughter’s life.

“Jeremy and Corey have met up and both really want to make sure the twins and Addy stay in each other’s lives, regardless of what happens in the custody hearing,” a source told The Ashley’s.

According to a second Inquisitr report, Corey’s recent custody filing is the reason behind Leah’s decision to quit Teen Mom 2.

“Leah’s final court date is coming up, and her behavior on the show made her look really bad to the judge,” a source told Radar Online in November. “Leah’s daughters are her number one priority. Now that the show could lead her to lose custody, she’s ready to leave her reality TV life behind.”

Since Leah will no longer be seen on Teen Mom 2, chances are Miranda Simms and Corey will also not be featured.
