Simon’s Cat is the most popular cartoon cat on YouTube these days, and his latest video has gone viral. According to The Paper Magazine, the silly cat got catnip for Christmas, and went crazy over the gift! In the 2:21 second video, Simon’s cat manages to get that darn bag of catnip open, and naturally, he makes a mess!

Nearly one million people have viewed the newest Simon’s Cat video, which was posted on December 4. The series, which consists of cartoon videos and books, was created by Simon Tofield, an English animator. According to his website, Tofield started animating when he was very young. His gift has now flourished, and nearly every video he makes goes viral.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Simon’s Cat was ninth on the list of the 13 best cat videos on the internet. Clearly Mr. Tofield is doing something right.
