LeAnn Rimes’ Husband Eddie Took $114,000 From Ex-Wife Brandi Glanville’s Retirement Fund?

LeAnn Rimes’ husband, Eddie Cibrian, may have taken $114,000 out of his ex-wife’s retirement fund. On Thursday, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville opened up about her struggles with Cibrian.

During the episode, Glanville was seen decorating with her friend Adrienne, when her lawyer called her on the phone to discuss an ongoing issue between her and Cibrian.

“I am really trying to find peace and happiness in my life, even when it comes to my ex husband,” Glanville wrote on December 4. “It’s been five long years since we split, and I would really like the fighting to just stop.”

Unfortunately, there doesn’t appear to be any end in sight. As Glanville claimed, Cibrian, who married LeAnn Rimes shortly after they divorced, is after her money.

“Eddie decided after my second best-selling book ‘Drinking and Dating’ was released, that he had overpaid me in child support and alimony over the past five years and would like to be reimbursed for the back payments — already spent on rent, food, and clothing to raise our children,” Glanville revealed. ‘Since I didn’t have the cash lying around, he was happy to take it from my tiny retirement fund, a small $114k.”

“I had no choice but to hire a lawyer to fight for my retirement. Although I’m not going to just roll over and let him take my retirement account, I’m also bummed that this fighting continues. One thousand a month in L.A. is kinda sad for a guy who can earn $300k a year only working part time.”

Glanville and Cibrian’s co-parenting relationship has been strained since Cibrian cheated on Glanville with Rimes years ago. Following the affair, Glanville often bickered online with Cibrian and Rimes, through social media and the press. Now, according to the Inquisitr, LeAnn Rimes’ relationship with Glanville has improved.

“I see her all the time,” Glanville told Nova’s Fitzy and Wippa, via a November 11 report by the UK’s Mail Online. “I drop the kids off at their house, we’re always around each other. I really am at peace with it. It’s been five years, my kids really love her. I don’t care.”

Although Glanville did bring up the affair in her books, she hasn’t been as catty on social media as she once was, and Rimes has settled down, as well.

As the Inquisitr reported earlier this week, LeAnn Rimes appeared to be sporting a baby bump at a recent event in New York City.
