Jessie James Decker: Wife Of Jets Receiver Eric Decker Drops Baby Weight, Shows Off New Body
Jessie James Decker is once again stealing headlines from her husband, Jets wide receiver Eric Decker, by showing off her post-baby body.
The couple, who star in E!’s Eric and Jessie: Game On, have been giving America a quite revealing look inside their marriage. Last year Jessie posed for a series of racy photos in a GQ issue titled “Love, Sex & Madness” despite being several months pregnant.
Jessie James Decker is now doing another photo shoot, her first since giving birth in March.
“I feel beautiful,” Jessie told the New York Post. “My husband likes my new butt, so it’s all good. I gained 55 pounds when I was pregnant, and I’ve almost lost it. I’ve got 10 pounds left to go, but I’m not pushing myself.”
Jessie James Decker is no stranger to the spotlight. She gained fame as a country singer before meeting Eric through mutual friends. In the GQ interview, Eric admitted that his wife’s occupation had pressures similar to what he faces in football.
“It’s hard to replace the rush you get with football, the noise and the stadium and all that,” he said. “But for Jessie, people are right there in front of you, no helmet on, nothing, and nobody to take their eyes off of you.”
Jessie said that life with her football star husband has been difficult, including a recent move from the Denver Broncos to the New York Jets.
“We were so shocked by Denver not even asking Eric to come back,” Jessie says. “As soon as the Jets called, I was so excited that a team wanted him that badly and they were giving him so much respect. I was so happy.”
The move hasn’t exactly paid off, as the Broncos are once again Super Bowl contenders and the Jets are wallowing near the bottom of the AFC.
“It’s been a really hard season,” Jessie told the Todd Show on WPLJ this week, talking about the effect of the Jets’ performance on her husband. “He’s been, I don’t wanna say depressed, but he’s been depressed.”
