Kate Middleton, Prince William To Host Queen Elizabeth For Christmas?

Kate Middleton and Prince William are set to have a rather busy festive season after it was reported that Queen Elizabeth II will be having Christmas dinner at their Amner Hall home.

Hello! Magazine have alleged that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have finalized their plans for Christmas and they appear to have gone all out for it.

It's believed that the pair are going to host a Christmas dinner at Amner Hall, which is located in Norfolk and only recently underwent extensive remodeling.

But in an attempt to hit two birds with one stone Prince William and Kate Middleton are set to hold a housewarming soiree at the same time as the Christmas dinner, too.

A source has gone on to tell E! Online that Kate Middleton was actually spotted doing a spot of festive shopping for food around the area recently. The publication explained that the Duchess was seen doing some home shopping at Bakers and Larners of Holt just last week as she bought the ingredients for the big day.

They went on to report that Kate Middleton was seen purchasing some cooking utensils while being supervised by two burly bodyguards.

According to E! Online, Vanity Fair's Royal Watch correspondent was also told by a source that the Queen can't wait to see Prince William and Kate's new abode and there is especially one room that she is most excited about perusing.

"The Queen is looking forward to seeing the house, especially the new nursery that Kate has designed."
Of course, the Queen will probably already have an idea of how she would have decorated and renovated Amner Hall. Queen Elizabeth II gave Prince William and Kate Middleton Amner Hall as a wedding present back in April 2011. Since then, though, the pair have had to remain elsewhere as the building has undergone extensive renovations over the last 24 months.

However, it is now finally ready and Prince William, Kate Middleton and Prince George have been getting to grips with the huge property and making it their own since they were finally allowed to move in.

Kate Middleton's Christmas day dinner will be proceeded the day before by a Christmas Eve dinner at Sandringham House, which is an annual occurrence for the Royal family. And the fact that both properties are just down the road from means that those attending don't have to worry about long journeys in between the festive events too.
