Ferguson walkout plans on a nationwide scale are slated to begin today. Michael Brown shooting protesters have asked all Americans to walk out of class and off the job as President Barack Obama hosts a meeting to discuss "police distrust" at the White House.
The Ferguson nationwide walkout strike comes after a week of protest over the Darren Wilson grand jury decision and at least of one night of intense rioting and lawlessness in the St. Louis suburb. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, the Ferguson riots which ensued shortly after the Darren Wilson grand jury verdict, culminated in at least 12 local businesses being burned to the ground.
Michael Brown's stepfather, Louis Head, was shown in a now-viral video shouting, "Burn this b***c down" just moments after the Darren Wilson decision was announced to the public. Some Ferguson business owners welcomed the security efforts of members of the Oath Keepers group in order to help keep their property safe from the rioting and arson.
The church attended by Michael Brown Sr. and his family was among the structures destroyed by fire during the Ferguson riot. The church pastor feels that the KKK or white supremacists are responsible for the blaze.

Ferguson Action, an activist group formed after the Michael Brown shooting, issued this released about the call for a nationwide walkout, "From the #ShutItDown actions that have blocked major highways and intersections to the #BlackOutBlackFriday protests, the message is clear: No more business as usual."
The group is reportedly upset because members feel that justice was not serviced since Darren Wilson was not indicted in the fatal police shooting case.
"We can no longer do what we have always done and cooperate with a system that does not respect Black Lives. We will only get the change we want if we disrupt the daily order and insist that Black Lives Matter. If that means shutting down the entire country, that's what we'll do," the Ferguson Action website notes.
Michael Brown shooting protesters have been seen carrying banners which read, "Hands Up, Police Down" during demonstrations claiming that Darren Wilson escaped justice.
