Scott Disick Suicide Rumors: Was Kim Kardashian The Source?

Scott Disick was furious on the November 30 episode of Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons, and his ire was directly aimed at sort of sister-in-law Kim Kardashian West.

Disick left a six-day substance abuse rehab program early to find that Kim Kardashian had told “half of New York” that he had tried to commit suicide. The incident in question happened in June of this year. At the time, celebrity news outlet TMZ reported that Disick had been quietly hospitalized for alcohol poisoning. However, in the episode of Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons which covered that period of time, Disick didn’t just drink too much, he mixed alcohol and sleeping pills, a mix that could be fatal. This led to Kim Kardashian and a friend of Disick’s speculating that he may have been trying to commit suicide following a long depression brought on by the deaths of his parents.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Scott Disick and Khloe Kardashian are very close, and it was to Khloe he turned to vent his frustrations. Disick told Khloe that he never wanted to see Kim again, and had no interest in discussing her behavior or hearing her excuses.

“I didn’t try to commit suicide and by the way, if I did, maybe call me, maybe call your sisters… Now everybody’s looking at me like I’m some kind of psychopath who tried to kill myself. It’s too much for me to handle right now.”

While Kim did admit that she said too much about things she didn’t know for sure, she didn’t mean to hurt Disick.

“I hope he understands and moves past it so I can just be supportive.”

Disick might not have any choice, because he’s got bigger problems to deal with.

Much less supportive or apologetic was Disick’s longtime partner Kourtney Kardashian. Despite Disick’s defense for leaving rehab early — apparently the last day was only to monitor Scott’s vital signs — Kourtney was not convinced Scott was taking sobriety seriously.

The November 30 episode of Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons and all of the episodes this season chronicle the story of the couple’s tumultuous summer. Therefore, it’s possible to anticipate where things are headed… to a point.

Back in June, TMZ reported that Kourtney had kicked Disick out of the rental home the couple shared with their two children. At the heart of the couple’s troubles are Disick’s hard partying ways.

By September, rumors of an impending split between Disick and Kourtney Kardashian were frequent, culminating in reports by Hollywood Life that Kourtney and Disick will officially split just after Christmas and the birth of their third child. Disick and Kardashian have been spotted around Los Angeles this fall, most often dining or shopping. If the current weekly schedule of Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons isn’t interrupts, the season finale should air January 18.
