Lisa Vanderpump Confirms Brandi Glanville Slapped Her During ‘RHOBH’ Season Five

Lisa Vanderpump appeared on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live on Monday following the newest episode of Vanderpump Rules. During her appearance, Vanderpump discussed her relationships with her co-stars on the upcoming fifth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and confirmed it was Brandi Glanville who was seen slapping her in the trailer.

“I think we were on the right track and I did give it a second go-round, but if you see in the trailer she gets a little physical with me,” Vanderpump confirmed of Glanville. “She’s stabbed me in the back and now she wants to slap me in the face. I don’t know, I think after this time we’re kind of done, to be honest. But it was an interesting journey. I did try and give her a second chance.”

After the trailer was announced, as reported by the Inquisitr, Glanville played coy about who was behind the mysterious slap. “You know, I don’t even think you can make out who slapped who in the end of that trailer,” Glanville told E! News on November 6. “You’ll have to definitely wait and find out what happened.”

Around the same time, according to the Inquisitr, Lisa Vanderpump spoke out for the first time about being hit on camera. “I’ve never been hit in the face. It was a bit of a shock,” Vanderpump told Billy Bush and Kit Hoover during an interview with Access Hollywood. “That was right at the end of filming and it think it definitely changed the dynamic for me. For the most part, things started to get back on track. It’s not good.”

As for her relationship with her on-again, off-again friend, Kyle Richards, Lisa Vanderpump said they are much better off. “I think with Kyle I’m in a good place now. You’ll see in the first episode we have a sit down and I think Kyle and I have had a lot in common and a history together and so, yeah I would say so,” she explained.

When asked about her decision to return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Vanderpump told Cohen, “I entered with trepidation. I’m sure you enter some things with trepidation. I am glad and you were right because you told me not to leave on that note.”

“I think it was a good decision and I had an incredible season. I think the show is phenomenal, I think it’s back to what it was. I’m very excited about it. For once you were right.”
