Tori Spelling’s gray hair is causing more buzz for the reality star. Tori showed off the new hairdo on her Instagram on Monday, and she surprised many fans with the new look. At the age of 41, Tori is at the age when her hair will start to change color. She decided to beat time and color her hair gray herself. Tori Spelling is back to work and promoting her reality series True Tori. Last month, the actress was hospitalized for a time and that delayed her promotional tour. On Monday, her first interview was with NBC’s Today Show. One of the Instagram photos showed her on the Today Show set. She asked fans to tune in and watch her interview.
During the interview, the Today Show hosts asked Tori about her mother and her recent hospitalization. She revealed that Dean was very helpful during the hospital stay, but he did not join her onstage for the interview. She was asked about that by the hosts. She stated that since the series is called True Tori, it is time for her to get her story out there.
Tori Spelling also revealed why she decided to go gray with her look during the interview, according to E! Online.
“I needed something different. It’s so much like, ‘Is Tori OK? What’s wrong with Tori?’ I was like, ‘You know what? I need something clean and new and fresh,’ and this is it.”
Spelling held Kathie Lee Gifford’s hand while she talked about her mother. The actress did not say much about her mother “out of respect” to her, but she revealed that her mother did not visit her at all during her time in the hospital. Initially, the actress was placed under Ebola quarantine, but she was diagnosed with bronchitis. The quarantine was a precaution.
Tori Spelling’s marriage to Dean McDermott has been in the news this week. There are rumors of more trouble for the couple. The Inquisitr reported recently that Tori and Dean are barely on speaking terms. Her hospital stay is the source of their new troubles. However, Spelling spoke of Dean’s behavior during her hospitalization positively during her Today Show interview.
“He was by my side daily. He proved it. He was home taking care of four kids. He really stepped up, and that was the big thing on the show this season. I was like, ‘Step up! Take care of the kids! You’ve been away. You’ve been dealing with yourself for so long. Come back to us.’ And he has—in a big way.”
There is no way to know the real story behind Tori and Dean’s relationship. Tori made it clear to her fans that she was ready to begin a new chapter in her life with her new look.
