Jeremy London Wanted For Assault Charges

Actor Jeremy London is wanted for assault after the actor’s girlfriend called police and claimed that he assaulted her.

In the report the actor’s unnamed girlfriend claims that he began hitting her outside of her home after they began to argue about custodyo of their child.

Police in Palm Springs began to search for the actor who was not at the home when they arrived but his reps say he is “cooperating fully” with authorities and they deny any allegations of wrong doing.

According to London’s rep:

“We anticipate Jeremy to be cleared of any wrongdoing as he continues to enjoy fatherhood and embrace sobriety.”

His rep continued:

“This is a false allegation and we understand that the police have to follow protocol in issuing and arrest warrant—standard when any woman files a complaint of domestic abuse,” London’s rep continued. “However, no such abuse occurred and these allegations will soon be proven false.”

London has a long history of battling prescription drugs and in a strange turn of events in June 2010 the actor claimed that he was kidnapped and then forced to smoke drugs by his assailants, a claim his brother believed was a lie when stating:

“Jeremy’s family are hoping their once fallen son uses this opportunity—whatever really happened—to “get the help he needs.””

“We love Jeremy very, very much,” Jason says. “He’s lost. You’re 40, grow up. Learn from the mistakes you’ve made.”
