Bruce Jenner’s Mom Monster: 88-Year-Old Esther Jenner Agrees Kris Jenner Is A ‘Controlling Monster’
Bruce Jenner’s mom called Kris Jenner a “controlling monster” during an exclusive interview with Mail Online. Esther Jenner, 88, did not hold back when talking about her son’s soon-to-be ex-wife. Right from the beginning Esther warned that she was going to be brutally honest — and was she ever!
“I have to be truthful. One thing I’m not, I’m not a phony, and I get in a lot of trouble sometimes for saying it like it is,” Esther said before answering some questions about her son. The interviewer asked Esther about Kris Jenner, and whether or not she thought her son’s ex was a “controlling monster” as she is sometimes portrayed on television and in the media.
“That’s accurate. I don’t know why she is. I don’t think she treated anybody very well. She could insult you with a big smile on her face, I know. What do you do with a person like that? You’re going to avoid them if possible. She was backstabbing as far as my grandchildren were concerned, and that is something I can’t stand. She’s domineering — it’s do it her way, or there’s no way. I had very little to do with Kris. I stayed away from her as much as I could.”
Bruce Jenner’s mom saying Kris is a monster is not surprising, but to know that she disapproved of the momager is somewhat interesting. Fans of Keeping Up With The Kardashians know that Kris and Esther never really got along. However, the two seemed to squash their beef in an episode of the show back in 2013, but that may have all been for television (surprised?).
According to Just Jared, Esther isn’t a fan of Bruce’s new look either — and she can’t stand his long hair. Bruce’s mom did say, however, that her son seems really happy now that he’s single — and she is really happy too. In fact, when he told her that he and Kris were splitting up, her response was “hallelujah!”
As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Bruce Jenner has been going through sort of identity crisis. Aside from his long hair, he has painted his nails red, shaved his whole body, worn Spanx (and maybe a sports bra), and had Adam’s apple surgery. There are also rumors that Bruce has been taking estrogen supplements. Apparently his sons Brandon and Brody have even noticed that their dad is trying to change his life.
For Esther, however, she seems fine as long as her son is happy — and away from “controlling monster” Kris Jenner.
