When it comes to opportunities to dazzle in designer dresses, Jennifer Lopez and gal pals Kate Hudson and Selena Gomez seized the day (and their plunging necklines) by earning praise among the top five best looks at the LACMA Gala. The event was held to honor Barbara Kruger and director Quentin Tarantino in Hollywood, revealed Us Weekly.

Cleavage seemed to be the keynote of the evening, as J Lo, Kate, and Selena all showed off their, ahem, assets in low-cut attire. Lopez chose a blue Gucci gown adorned with rhinestones, while Hudson went for a single-shoulder Gucci gown. She was accompanied by her fiancé Matthew Bellamy.

But at 22, Selena Gomez proved that you don’t have to be older to be wiser about your choice of gowns. She turned heads in her silvery, sparkling, low-cut Gucci gown.

When it comes to telling it all, however, it’s Jennifer Lopez who is reaping attention with her new book, True Love, which she discussed on the Today show.

I feel like, when we’re kids, you’re sold into this fairy tale of what love is. That Prince Charming’s gonna come along and save you and you’re gonna live happily ever after.

They’re gonna rescue me from the Bronx, and we’re gonna go off and live in a castle somewhere and it’s gonna be awesome. He’s gonna love me forever, and I’m gonna love him forever, and it’s gonna be real easy. And it’s so different than that.

Jennifer also appeared for the first time on Wendy Williams’ talk show, where she addressed questions ranging from love to music, as shown below.

Lopez has been equally open about her battle of the bulge. The curvy singer follows a vegan diet, as the Inquisitr reported.

Jennifer recently shifted to a plant-based diet to slim down and gain energy. It achieved the results that she desired, helping her go from a size four to a size two.

A typical day of her meat-free, dairy-free, gluten-free diet includes millet cereal with fruit for breakfast, topped with almond milk, and a kale salad for lunch. Dinner features pasta made with zucchini and tomatoes. And to satisfy her sweet tooth, J Lo nibbles on vegan cherry chocolate energy bars.

Both Kate Hudson and J Lo work out regularly with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, who also trains Gwyneth Paltrow and Kim Kardashian. Tracy’s known for sharing her tips and lifestyle reflections on Twitter.
