Has Kris Jenner turned into a cougar on the prowl for a new man? Or is the “momager” of the Kardashian empire seeking to get the spotlight on herself while raking in more cash? A source told Radar Online that Kris has dreamed up a dating reality show that would earn her money, attention, and even a new man.
“She’s already pitching the matchmaking idea. She hopes to steal the limelight from her famous daughters with the launch of her own reality show,” said the insider.
But Jenner is more occupied with adding to her bank account than landing a husband, added the source.
“Kris has always been able to separate her personal feelings from business, if it presented the possibility to promote the family and make money. Her divorce is a perfect opportunity to do both.”
Wendy Williams cheered the concept on her talk show Friday. She emphasized that she supported Kris for taking off on her own.
“I’d watch,” said Williams eagerly, adding, “But don’t get used to it [referring to her support for Jenner].”
Kris is known for offering her views on how life should be lived, according to Kardashian family values, and Wendy may be anticipating those sometimes outrageous quotes.
“A girl never knows when she might need a couple of diamonds at 10 o’clock in the morning,” noted Jenner on an episode of Kourtney and Kim Take New York.
Her desire to date has been discussed on talk shows and in tabloids since her initial separation from Bruce Jenner, as revealed in the video below.
As for any concerns that her children might feel dismissed if Kris Jenner focused on a solo dating show, the Kardashian clan queen told Dr. Mehmet Oz during an appearance on his talk show that she made sure they have a strong sense of self-esteem, reported Us Weekly.
“Putting the girls and Rob, now, on magazines definitely sells them, but I taught the kids a long time ago that it starts with when they were younger. I’ve tried hard to raise strong daughters and give them a sense of self-esteem.”
Kris herself follows a low-carb diet and lost 70 pounds after she had her six children. She used the high fat low carb ketogenic Atkins diet for part of her weight loss. “I love the Atkins diet. I feel better if I eat less and eat cleaner,” she said in a recent interview with New You magazine.
As the Inquisitr reported, both Khloe and Kim Kardashian have struggled with their weight. Both have shared their negative views about their body, and Khloe revealed that she was horrified when she split her seams recently.
“I had to wear a baggier top because I had rolls hanging over my jeans,” confessed the reality TV star. “I was like, ‘Oh, I feel fat.'”
Kris admitted that her children had weight problems, but emphasized that was in the past.
“They were just like other kids, where it was that real chubby stage. Everybody went through it. They had braces, they were awkward. Rob was chubby and that’s when kids need you the most.”
