Chris Soules As ‘The Bachelor’ 2015: Host Chris Harrison Teases Dramatic Season Ahead

Fans are starting to get excited for ABC’s The Bachelor 2015 with Chris Soules. The final rose ceremony hasn’t been filmed yet, but the network is starting to tease what lies ahead and it sounds like it will be a great season. What does host Chris Harrison have to say about Season 19?

The first promotional photo teasing Soules as The Bachelor 2015 just came out, and Harrison shared it via Instagram. Fans will have to wait until January 5 to see the journey get started, but it’s clear that the network is setting fans up for a solid season.

Harrison teased, “You know I hate to say this but it just may be the most Dramatic season ever! #Bachelor”

The poster touts Soules, and the season it seems, as being classic, traditional, and all-American. There seems to be little doubt that the franchise is looking to create a very different feel, and experience, from what viewers saw in Season 18 with Juan Pablo Galavis.

In a recent chat with We Are Iowa, Harrison shared some additional teasers regarding Soules’ season. Did he dish out any juicy The Bachelor spoilers? Harrison says that Soules is a good, down-home guy who will make everyone in Iowa proud. Chris also is said to be a good guy, and what you see is what you get.

Harrison added that, in a sense, Soules’ season may remind many of Aaron Buerge and The Bachelor Season 2. That may make some cringe considering how that season burned out after the finale where he chose Helene Eksterowicz, but it’s easy to understand where Harrison is going with this one.

The Bachelor host says that the show is based on finding a guy who is a great guy who just isn’t finding the right woman given where he lives his life. Harrison says that this was the case with Buerge and is again with Soules. Harrison adds that they’ve done some “high-concept” seasons with leads like Prince Lorenzo Borghese, and some might throw others like Jesse Palmer or Charlie O’Connell into that bucket. This season, however, they’re going back to their roots.

Chris mentions, and The Bachelor spoilers have revealed, that the group is filming in Iowa and even incorporated Soules’ hometown of Arlington into a recent date. Will this approach work? Harrison says that Soules really is sincere in trying to find love, and fans definitely hope this season is more Sean Lowe than Juan Pablo Galavis in that respect.

Where does all of the supposed drama fit into things? Is that just typical production hype? Probably, but of course there will be some legitimate drama along the way. So far, The Bachelor spoilers haven’t revealed too much in the way of dramatic specifics, but more information should be coming soon.

At the point that Harrison did the interview in Iowa, it is believed that Soules was down to six bachelorettes and ready to narrow the field down to the final four. Could the host tell already who Soules is leaning toward picking? He claims that it’s too early to know where things are headed, but he once again swears that there are wild times and dramatic moments ahead.

Stay tuned for more specific The Bachelor spoilers as Reality Steve’s tidbits are revealed in more detail. ABC’s The Bachelor 2015 featuring Chris Soules premieres on Monday, January 5, and it is seemingly shaping up to be a fantastic season.
