Ariana Grande Teases In ‘Love Me Harder’ Music Video Preview

Ariana Grande is pulling out all the stops to make a sensual, appealing music video for her hit song “Love Me Harder”.

According to RyanSeacrest.com, Ariana Grande gifted fans with a behind-the-scenes clip from her forthcoming “Love Me Harder” music video featuring The Weeknd on Tuesday, revealing the sensual theme behind the Alfredo Flores-directed visual.

In the teaser the 21-year-old, wearing a leather skirt with a matching top, is inside an abandoned mansion where she seductively plays in a sandbox and a makeshift pool. Her reality star brother, Frankie Grande, also appears in the sneak peek by playfully joining his little sister in the cloud props.

Perez Hilton reported that the choreography for the video was put together by noted choreographer Casper Smart.

Ariana released the 15 second clip on her Instagram on Tuesday. This, after she had shared pictures from the video shoot a couple weeks back.

“Love Me Harder” is a cut off her sophomore album My Everything.

The Inquisitr has said that the album, which was released on August 22 by Republic Records, has been doing very well on Billboard charts.

My Everything debuted atop the Billboard 200, selling 169,000 copies in its first week. The album also debuted at number one in Australia and Canada, peaking in the top ten in 20 countries total.

The lead single, “Problem”, was released on April 28 and features Australian rapper Iggy Azalea. It debuted at number three on the Billboard Hot 100 with first week sales of over 400,000, and peaked at number two. The next single, “Break Free,” featuring Russian-German musician and producer Zedd, premiered on July 2 and peaked at number 4 on the Hot 100.

My Everything is the second studio album by American singer Ariana Grande. Work on the album began in October 2013, one month after the release of Grande’s debut album Yours Truly, and finished in late May 2014. The album is what Grande calls an evolution from her first album with more mature themes and the exploration of new genres.

The album has received critical acclaim.

Rob Sheffield, writing for Rolling Stone, says, “My Everything proves, she’s already a major force … It’s a confident, intelligent, brazen pop statement, mixing bubblegum diva vocals with EDM break-beats.”

Elysa Gardner, on behalf of USA Today, writes that, “Grande digs into ballads and more emotionally earnest fare simultaneously, doing so with a girlish playfulness.”

The preview clip Ariana Grande shared did not announce when the full video for “Love Me Harder” would be released. Until then, fans can enjoy the preview here.
