Leah Calvert’s Husband Has Not Yet Filed For Divorce

Leah Calvert’s husband, Jeremy, recently claimed she cheated on him, but still the Teen Mom 2 stars have yet to officially end their marriage. In a new report, it has been confirmed Jeremy has not filed for divorce in their home state of West Virginia.

Officials from the Kanawha County Court and Roane County Court confirmed to Starcasm on October 24 that Jeremy “has not filed for divorce from Leah in their counties, which cover Elkview and the Calverts’ new town, Left Hand. He has a few more hours before the offices close for the weekend.”

“Although that makes it seem like there’s a chance the Calverts will reconcile, Jeremy indicated yesterday that he has moved out of their new home and still believes Leah had an affair with Robbie,” the site reported.

On Friday, October 17, Jeremy announced to fans that his wife of two years, Leah Calvert, cheated on him with her ex-boyfriend Robbie Kidd. In the days that followed, Leah, her mother, and her sister all denied her alleged infidelities. However, the drama between them continued, most of which has played out of Twitter.

Earlier this week, The Inquisitr reported Jeremy had allegedly called out Leah on Twitter, making fun of her “choice” of Robbie Kidd. “[Bet] he can’t do this,” Jeremy wrote on October 23, along with a photo of his dirty bike in the back of his truck. “lmfao you sure made a great choice he can’t buy a big Mac.”

As for Leah Calvert, she didn’t appear to be too broken up by Jeremy’s comment and took to Twitter herself, where she shared a seemingly happy tweet with fans. In the tweet, Leah posted six hearts and a peace sign, which many took as confirmation she was ready to move on from her and Jeremy’s marriage, although that is nothing more than speculation.

Jeremy also retweeted a handful of supportive messages from his fans on Twitter. One message read, “woman would be lucky to have a hard working man like you.” Another message re-tweeted by Jeremy hinted that although he may not have seen Leah cheating on him with Robbie with his own eyes, “where there’s smoke there’s fire.”

Robbie has also spoke out, claiming nothing happened between him and his ex — and telling Radar Online he had no idea how the rumors got started.

As The Inquisitr reported, Leah Calvert and Jeremy have yet to sign on to participate in Teen Mom 2 season six.
