Jim Marchese To Face Lawsuit From Dina Manzo Over ‘RHONJ’ Questions?

Jim Marchese may be new to The Real Housewives of New Jersey, but he has conquered being the villain of the season. After a confrontational vacation in Florida, Dina Manzo was not exactly thrilled to have him around. She asked him to leave and Jim was not invited to the Project Ladybug event that dominated the final episode of the season. But it sounds like Marchese and his active Twitter account is getting him into trouble, even though the show is over.

Jim Marchese was not at the finale party, but as he was watching the Project Ladybug event on Sunday night, he was tweeting out his thoughts about Dina’s charity. And he made some accusations that Manzo is actually keeping a majority of the money raised for children with cancer.

According to a new Reality Ashhole report, Jim Marchese may be faced with some legal troubles if Dina can sue him. When a fan supported Dina in her claims that Jim was lying, she had a response that could hint she is considering legal action.

“Don’t know who u r but uv certainly got my back,” Dina wrote on Twitter to the follower, adding, “Lol let’s ignore him & let my attorney take care of him. It’s all good.”

According to the Inquisitr, Jim Marchese claims that only $15,235 of the $107,266 earned was indeed spent on the children. She has tried to explain that only her accountant and her attorney get paid and that the rest of the money actually goes to the children.

Bravo has some lengthy contracts for the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars, and it is possible that some of the contracts prevent the stars from filing lawsuits against one another. For example, Teresa Aprea and Nicole Napolitano could not sue Jim Marchese over things said about Rino Aprea on the show due to contracts.

But since these comments were made on Twitter and after the show wrapped filming, it is unknown what legal agreements are keeping her from filing a lawsuit against Jim Marchese. Jim has said nothing of the possible lawsuit threat, but it is possible that he is well aware of her intentions.

Jim Marchese’s behavior towards Dina has made her question whether she would want to return to the show next season. She admitted that it has been a stressful couple of months, but if Bravo asked Jim Marchese to return, chances are that he would jump at the chance.

Do you think Manzo should file a lawsuit against Jim Marchese because of his accusations on Twitter?
