Henry Cavill Spotted At Local Detroit Gym [Photos]

Henry Cavill is in Detroit for a few more weeks filming Batman v Superman, and then will travel to England to take part in a charity event. In the meantime, he visited a local gym where he was swarmed by fans who took multiple photos with the handsome British actor.

Cavill was reportedly there to support his trainer Michael Blevins, who was participating in a weightlifting competition, according to the fansite Henry Cavill News. Several fans who were at the gym observed the proceedings while Henry spotted his pal, and later on were able to take photos as he graciously granted their wishes.

The British actor is known for having the patience of a saint when it comes to giving his time to his fans, and he stays until everyone who wants to snap a photo is pleased. In these new photos, he is seen wearing casual gym attire and ruffled hair as he cheers on Belvins.

In recent days Henry Cavill was believed to be a part of the big scene Batman v Superman director Zack Snyder was filming at the Broad Museum inside the Michigan State University (MSU) campus. There were reports that his character, Clark Kent, made an appearance and the 31-year-old actor was spotted walking around set.

After filming of Batman v Superman wraps up in Detroit, Henry will travel to England and take on the Gibraltar Rock to support the Royal Marines Charitable Trust Fund (his brother Nik, is a Royal Marine). Between October 24 and 27, the Cavill brothers will climb the gigantic rock to raise funds to support veterans and their families. For more information on this event visit Henry’s page here.
