Russell Brand Threatened With Arrest At Fox New Headquarters

Comedian Russell Brand was threatened with arrest after he was caught attempting to film outside Fox New headquarters.

This isn’t the first time Russell Brand has been in the news. According to an earlier report from the Inquisitr, Donald Trump dropped a series of tweets attacking Russell Brand. The tweets said that Katy Perry must’ve been drunk to marry Russell Brand. Brand later responded, asking if Trump himself was drunk to write those tweets.

Russell brand explains why he was outside Fox News headquarters before he was threatened with arrest.

“Here we are at Fox’s headquarters, all the greats are here — Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity — all the people who refuse to have us on the show. Sean Hannity, who booked us and then cancelled us. So we are going to do a Trew special from here, in the heart of the establishment.”

Soon, several security guards come out of the building and ask Brand to leave.

One guard says, “You can’t film here, this is private property.”

“Whose property is it?” Brand responded.

“The building’s,” the guard said.

“Who does the building belong to?” Brand asked.

“It doesn’t matter,” he’s told by the guard.

“It does matter,” Brand answered, moving back to the front of the building. “I’ll just stay here then.”

Brand is then threatened with arrest.

Brand then tries to get a tour of the building, asking, “Can I come up, have a look around, maybe have a look at the studio, touch some stuff, meet some people from ‘The Sean Hannity Show?'”

He is unsurprisingly turned down.

He ends the program by condemning Fox News’ as a “difficult organisation to work with.”

“It is very difficult to have true freedom. I think if we were doing proper covert filming we could have got further,” he said later.

Brand and Fox News have not gotten along recently. Brand’s appearance on Hannity’s show was canceled. Brand then slammed both Hannity and Bill O’Reilly for “helping us become more Islamophobic.”

Brand then risked arrest to possibly confront the news station. He was stopped outside the building by security guards who threatened him with arrest. We will have to wait and see how this situation unravels.
