Five Arrested For Brutal Sexual Assault On 15-Year-Old, Boy Now Fighting For His Life

Five perps have been arrested in Kentucky for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old male child and video recording the entire event. The 15-year-old boy sustained life-threatening injuries and was rushed to Gateway Medical Center in Clarksville, according to the Clarks County Sheriff’s Office. He is fighting for his life in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit, as reported by The Leaf Chronicle.

This horrible act of violence happened early Sunday morning at a residence on Lafayette Road in Hopkinsville, as reported by Live 5 News. Earlier this week, two adult men, 19-year-old Tyler Perry and 20-year-old Dayton Jones, were arrested alongside two 17-year-old juveniles, all of which are facing serious charges.

Late last night, a fifth male, 18-year-old Sam Miller, was arrested.

Investigators would not reveal specifics about the case, but did report that all five males knew the victim personally, according to Live 5 News.

Capt. Chris Miller of the Christian County Sheriff’s Office stated that “three of those arrested engaged in the assault, videotaped the incident and distributed the video. The fourth subject is charged with possessing video of the assault,” according to The Tennessean.

Capt. Miller is appalled by this case.

“Seventeen years I’ve been in law enforcement, and two of those years I did work child sexual crimes, and this is probably one of the worst I’ve seen.”

Business & Heritage of Clarksville has reported the specific charges given to each individual subject.

Tyler Riess Perry: 19, of Willow Court, Hopkinsville, first-degree sodomy, tampering with physical evidence, promoting a sexual performance by a minor, use of a minor in a sexual performance. He was held on $100,000 bond.

Live 5 News reports that the investigation is ongoing, and that Capt. Miller is certain more arrests are expected to be made.

“We are still trying to see exactly why this would take place and why the videotaping was involved. So that’s obviously something… we are going to try and figure out.”
