But fans may get to see a brand new Ryan on this upcoming season of the show. Over the past couple of weeks, Serhant has shown his softer side in the press.

Ryan Serhant shut down Times Square in New York last month, so he could propose to his girlfriend, Emilia, as the cameras were rolling. A few weeks later, he put in an offer on a downtown apartment, so the couple could start a new chapter together. Now Serhant is ready to share these details of his fast-moving life with the world.

According to a new Bravo report, Million Dollar Listing star Ryan Serhant is now revealing that he has signed the contact for a new place in Soho for $3.7 million. The apartment was listed for $4.1 million, but one can imagine that his negotiating skills only helped him in this purchase. No word on whether he represented himself in the deal.

Ryan Serhant and Emilia can look forward to a three-bedroom apartment with two-and-a-half baths and two terraces. He didn’t say anything about when the couple will move into the new apartment.

“Early morning investments are the best part of waking up. And you can tell my attorney is just as excited!” Serhant revealed as he was signing the final paper work, adding later, “My little brother and I would say this every night when we were little: Now I lay me down to sleep. I pray The Lord my soul to keep. If I should die before I wake, I pray The Lord my soul to take…me to my new penthouse downtown.”

Over the past couple of weeks, Ryan Serhant has gotten engaged and has bought an expensive apartment with plenty of room for a growing family. In addition, Ryan has revealed that Emilia is a great contrast to him, because she helps keep him grounded and calm when he gets home from a long day of showings and listings, according to The Inquisitr.

But with a big investment and a proposal, is Ryan Serhant thinking about starting a family? On Million Dollar Listing, Ryan has always thought about business and growing his empire. But now that he is starting to settle down with Emilia, it is questionable how he will handle wedding planning and starting a family. Ryan’s co-star, Fredrik Eklund, has also shared his relationship on the show. During the show’s second season, Fredrik got married, and now he is trying to figure out how to have a child with his busy lifestyle.
