Think you're adventurous with your food? Ready to try Ikizukuri, it must just be a small step up from Teriyaki right, and who doesn't love teriyaki?

With Ikizukuri the seafood is so fresh, its still alive when it comes to the plate. That's right the fish you are about to tuck into is still flopping around alive in your plate. Apparently it takes real skill for Japanese Chefs to slice the fish so it doesn't die instantly.

We are guessing this isn't on PETA's menu. Mmmmm delicious. Wonder if they have a beef version?
