Tim Robbins Joins “Occupy Wall Street” Campaign

Tim Robbins has been a supporter of liberal causes for years and now the actor has joined the Occupy Wall Street campaign in Lower Manhattan. According to reports Robbins took to the streets on Wednesday along with other supporters who gathered in front of the Federal Courthouse in Foley Square.

Speaking with the Financial Times Robbins revealed:

“This is what an actual grassroots movement looks like,” while adding, “It’s a bit sloppy and disorganized but full of passion.”

Robbins wasn’t the only star who took to the streets 24-year-old Penn Badgley has also been recently spotted talking to demonstrators and snapping photos of the event.
