What Would It Look Like If Guys Worried About Things Girls Do?

It is very entertaining to observe scenarios – either through writing or video – of gender roles switching. The Inquisitr reported in a previous article of the scenario of geek girls acting like geek guys. There are also gender roles, specifically true gender swaps, that have caused controversy too, such as Ronda Rousey’s words towards Fallon Fox, who is the first transgender mixed martial arts fighter on the books.

Now, BuzzFeedYellow has uploaded a hilarious video on their official Youtube page with the simple title, “If Guys Worried About the Things Girls Do” — and it is awesome!

Uploaded on Youtube on September 19, 2014, the video already has over 299,000 views with over 7,000 likes. A little over 200 didn’t like the gender role swap themes, but that’s okay. Also, this video at this moment is on the top 100 videos for Youtube.

Some of the funny lines in the video includes…

“It’s like I am always the best man but never the groom.”

“Do you want to be known as the guy who sleeps with a lot of girls?”

“I’m still worried that I won’t find someone, while I’m still hot!”

“That’s a boy flick.”

“Every song this summer is about guys with fat abs!”

However, the funniest part of the video is the dialogue between two guys in which one of them complains about going to the mechanic and how he hates to go unless he is with a girl. The other guy then follows up and says without a girl, you might as well not go. This is easily a parody of the gender stereotype that girls don’t know anything about cars, and when they have to go to a mechanic to get something done, they’re confused as heck because they don’t know what the mechanic is saying. Once again, though, stereotype.
