Andi Dorfman Heading To ‘Couples Therapy’ With Josh Murray, TV Wedding Called Off

Bachelorette Andi Dorfman and her fiance, Josh Murray may appear on VH1’s Couples Therapy as a last ditch effort to maintain their celeb status. The couple was hoping to get married on TV, but ABC reportedly does not want to risk millions of dollars on televised wedding amidst speculation that the couple will never make it to the altar.

Andi’s hopes were said to be dashed because she didn’t get a spot on Dancing With The Stars, and because an extravagant TV wedding probably isn’t in the cards. In an effort to save her from falling out of the celebrity spotlight, she’s been talking to her manager about the possibility of appearing on another reality show.

Celeb Dirty Laundry reports that Andi Dorfman is hoping to follow in the footsteps of her friend, Nikki Ferrell and her ex, Juan Pablo, who are currently appearing on the new season of Couples Therapy. Of course, Josh would have to agree to do the show with Andi, but with big money as an incentive, there is no doubt that the couple would be more than willing to air their relationship issues on the popular VH1 show.

According to Gossip Cop, Andi was “moping around the house” when she didn’t get picked for DWTS and is equally upset that ABC may not offer to pay to host a TV wedding. There is speculation that she is very upset that Josh is traveling more frequently for business, and she is going stir crazy waiting for a lucrative opportunity to come along.

If Andi does appear on VH1’s Couples Therapy with Josh, there certainly will be plenty of issues for them to discuss. Although they try to appear happy in their many Instagram and Twitter pictures, there is word that her sex romp with Nick Viall on The Bachelorette is still causing a lot of tension between Andi and Josh. Celeb Dirty Laundry states that Andi only chose Josh because the production crew really liked him, and she felt that she had a better chance at staying in the celebrity limelight if she chose Josh over Nick.

Is it possible that Josh is really upset about the fact that Andi had sex with Nick in the Fantasy Suite. Another idea could be that the couple has been anonymously contacting various tabloid magazines with stories about their failing relationship? Bachelor fans may wonder why anyone would want to spread negative rumors about themselves, but, if it is true, it could pave the way for them to cash in on a contract to appear on Couples Therapy.
