Meghan Trainor has been topping the charts with her hit song, “All About That Base,” and she’s shaking things up by doing a cover of another chart topping song. Can you guess which one?
According to US Weekly, Trainor decided to shake things up by doing a cover of Taylor Swift’s popular song, “Shake It Off.” Trainor, 20, reportedly stopped by the Australian radio show Dan and Maz and performed an acoustic version of Swift’s song, though she decided to do something a little unique with the track and played the ukulele as she sang.
Of course, that’s not the only twist that Trainor put on the song. According to the Huffington Post, Trainor put her own little spin on some of the lyrics:
“So Taylor, shake ’em off / don’t let ’em get to ya / go ahead and dance like there ain’t nobody watchin’ ya / shake like a Polaroid picture / you got the fans like ‘we wanna dance witcha.'”
