WWE NXT TakeOver II: Live Network Results

The future of the WWE is now as they perform in NXT! Located at Full Sail University in the tourist city of Orlando, Florida, NXT has been the premier offset organization of the WWE in which the future talent could mold their craft right before they perform in front of millions within the WWE Universe.

Now it is time for the talent of NXT, the same place where current WWE superstars such as Bray Wyatt, Bo Dallas, Rusev, the current divas champion Paige, and even AJ Lee had their beginnings, to showcase their talent once again during NXT TakeOver II, which will stream live on the WWE Network for $9.99! Here at The Inquisitr, we are more than happy to bring you up-to-date results of the matches for those who don’t have the network but want to keep up with the special, which is exactly what we did when we kept tabs on the last special this promotion had, the original NXT TakeOver.

The show starts tonight at 8 p.m. EST/5 p.m. PST with a special pre-show kickoff thirty minutes before the special and a post-show wrap-up right afterwards. If you are interested with predictions, you can check out what the Swiss Superman, Cesaro (who happened to participate in the first NXT special, NXT ArRIVAL) thinks on who will reign supreme.

Now without further ado, here is the official match-card for NXT TakeOver II! This article shall be updated with results as they become available. Also, I will refrain on adding the filler matches that are made on-the-spot for entertainment. I bet you said filler will have CJ Parker in it!

Mojo Rawley vs. Bull Dempsey (Singles Match)

For the longest time, Mojo Rowley has entertained fans but he never seems to get a break. He might have to get serious against Bull Dempsey because he is a no-nonsense wrestler with few words to say but a lot of punishment to dish out. Who will win when Rowley goes against someone who is just nothing more than unadulterated strength?

Enzo Amore vs. Sylvester Lefort (Hair vs. Hair Match)

Both of these Europeans sure do love their hair, and they will do anything to keep their mane intact. With their hair on the line, both Amore and Lefort also have a lot of pride to protect. The winner of this match will keep their flowing locks, while the other will be needing a membership to the Hair Club for Men. Who walks away with their hairdo intact… and who doesn’t?

*Enzo Amore defeats Sylvester Lefort via pinfall with a Roll-Up*

The Ascension vs. Kalisto & Sin Cara (NXT Tag Team Championship Match)

Konnor and Viktor, known as The Ascension, has dominated the tag team division in NXT for a very long time. Dominating forces with strength and size, yet able to keep up their speed of lightweights, team after team has fallen at their hands. Will the sensational luchador tag-team of Kalisto and Sin Cara be able to end their reign or will the fall of man continue?

Charlotte vs. Bayley (NXT Women’s Championship Match)

Charlotte has the honor of being the second NXT women’s champion in the promotion’s entire history. She won the vacated title back at the original NXT TakeOver in a hard-fought battle against veteran wrestler and former WWE Divas champion, Natalya. Bayley now has the chance to become the NXT women’s champion for the first time in her career. Can she achieve her dream, or will the daughter of the great Ric Flair continue her reign as the Queen of NXT?

*Charlotte defeats Bayley via pinfall after Natural Selection to retain the NXT Women’s Championship*

Adrian Neville vs. Tyson Kidd vs. Tyler Breeze vs. Sami Zayn (NXT Champions Fatal 4-Way Match)

This is surely going to be a grand spectacle! All four of these wrestlers are high flyers. All four of these wrestlers are charismatic in the ring. All four are amazing in their own right! Adrian Neville is known as the man that gravity forgot. The fact that gravity keeps forgetting about him has made him one of the most entertaining wrestlers to watch in the promotion as well as the most entertaining NXT champion thus far. That is saying a lot, because the first NXT champion was Seth Rollins.

However, Neville’s reign may end because he now has three contenders to worry about. He barely survived when he faced two at NXT TakeOver, will this be the end of his title reign and the beginning of another?
