Scott Disick Ignoring Pleas To Go To Rehab, Won’t Change Until He Hits Rock Bottom

Scott Disick is reportedly spiraling downward in a descent of alcohol and partying, but the reality star is refusing to listen to family members pleading with him to go to rehab.

Disick and longtime partner Kourtney Kardashian are expecting their third child in a matter of weeks, but sources say the 31-year-old’s partying has gotten out of control. After a number of scary incidents including a hospitalization for alcohol poisoning, sources say Kourtney’s mom Kris Jenner tried to arrange for Scott to head to a rehab facility in Arizona.

“Everyone knows Scott has a problem with alcohol, including himself,” the source told Radar Online. “Kris has been researching rehab facilities that would be a good fit for Scott, and has narrowed it down to Sierra Tucson in Arizona. A bed could be ready for Scott with less than 48 hours of notice.”

“However, Scott is refusing to go,” the source continued. “He truly believes rehab isn’t the answer, and has talked about getting outpatient treatment. In his mind, Scott is strong enough to beat this on his own, and doesn’t need to go to rehab, so everyone is in a holding pattern.”

Scott’s battle with alcohol is anything but private. The family has turned it into reality show fodder on Kourtney & Khloé Take The Hamptons, with previews for the program showing Scott falling over drunk.

The unborn baby is reportedly a major cause of tension between Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian. Sources say Scott feels “tricked” into having another child.

“I definitely had to build up the courage to tell Scott because he has been just super depressed and I don’t want to set him off,” Kourtney said.

Kourtney has also expressed fears about Scott Disick becoming a father again when he can barely keep his own life in order.
“I barely feel like I can take care of myself, I am hanging on by a string here,” Scott admitted.
A source told Radar Online that it could still take a lot more for Scott Disick to realize just how bad his drinking and partying has become. The source said Scott won’t agree to go to rehab until he hits rock bottom, and he apparently still has a ways to go.
