Paris Jackson Pregnant: Rumor Sparks Backlash Among Michael Jackson’s Fans
Paris Jackson is rumored to be pregnant at age 16, but as tabloids pounce on reports that the daughter of late pop legend Michael Jackson is carrying a child, many of the singer’s fans have come to her defense.
The pregnancy rumors originated with the UK’s Daily Star, which ran a report claiming that Paris had gotten pregnant.
But for proof, the publication had only an unnamed source and what appeared to be flimsy proof.
“I saw her at dinner and she twice made a toast drinking water instead of wine,” the source said. “That and the prominent stomach bulge got people talking. It’s highly unusual to toast with anything but a full glass of wine.”
This built on previous reports that Paris Jackson was seen shopping for engagement rings on Friday.
Officially, Paris Jackson had no comment on the pregnancy rumors, with a spokesman refusing to talk about the issue. But online, many fans of Michael Jackson had plenty to say. The pregnancy reports led to quite a backlash, with many claiming that the rumors was just meant to further tarnish Michael’s legacy.
Paris Jackson is NOT pregnant. They only say crap like this because they want make out Michael like he’s a bad father.

Others noted the absurdity of the report itself.
The media is stupid, saying Paris Jackson is pregnant because she toasted with water instead of wine… WTF she’s 16 she can’t drink wine..

The tabloids are so disrespectful!!!! How are they gonna say Paris Jackson is pregnant because she drank water, and seemed a little bloated?

Paris Jackson is 16 years old. Just because she’s bloated doesn’t mean she’s pregnant. I know they wanna think MJ was a bad father. Smfh

Still others said that the Paris Jackson pregnancy rumor is especially insensitive given that the teen was rushed to the hospital last June after a suicide attempt.
