Courtney Robertson Angers Famous Ex-Boyfriend With Tell-All Book

Courtney Robertson may have shocked the world with her behavior on The Bachelor, but she was shocked that people would label her as the villain. Robertson didn’t get along with the other ladies, as many of them saw her as just wanting to win the competition rather than just find love.

After the show had ended, Robertson tried to make her engagement work with Ben Flajnik, but the two separated after a few months. To share her side of the story, Courtney Robertson decided to write a tell-all book, I Didn’t Come Here to Make Friends: Confessions of a Reality Show Villain. But the book isn’t just about her Bachelor journey; it is also about her past relationships, that helped shape her into the person she is today.

According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report, Courtney Robertson did do some name-dropping in her story in terms of who she has dated. And one of these individuals is Jesse Metcalfe, the hot gardener from Desperate Housewives. In the book, Robertson describes him as being a hot mess who dabbled in drugs, alcohol, and affairs.

Jesse may not have read the book, but he hasn’t been pleased with Courtney’s descriptions of him. She reveals that the two dated on-and-off for years, ending their relationship in 2007 when she learned that he had cheated. Metcalfe spoke to the HuffPost Live about his portrayal in the book, and he wasn’t pleased.

“I don’t want to help her writing career more than I already have,” he reveals.

Jesse is only a small part of the book and the reader may be more interested in Courtney’s adventures with Flajnik. And she does get into details, including their sexual escapades in the fantasy suite.

But Courtney Robertson’s openness about her adventures on the show has rubbed someone the wrong way. Bachelorette alum Trista Sutter doesn’t seem to support Courtney all that much. The two recently had a Twitter spat.

“The funny thing about it is, I don’t know her personally, and I’ve never said a bad thing about her,” Courtney has said of the drama between them, adding, “I’ve never been nasty to her, and she has continuously made me a part of her tweet banter — even after my breakup, she was chiming in on my breakup.”

Plus, Courtney Robertson has been very firm in her reasoning for writing this book.

“I wanted a chance to talk about what went down from my perspective, because I think there are a lot of misconceptions out there about me,” she reveals, according to The Inquisitr.
