Frankie Valli To Join Hawaii Five-0 Cast And Other Season Five Plot Twists

Frankie Valli may be best known for being the frontman for the pop/doo-wop group The Four Seasons since the ’60s, but he’s now choosing a new venue to add to his entertainment repertoire.

RTT News reports that Frankie will guest star as fiance Leonard Campbell of Aunt Deb, who is played by Carol Burnett, on this season of Hawaii Five-0. His role has been described as “mysterious” and his addition to the cast is geared toward throwing a wrench in the plot for season five of the revamped version of the classic ’70s cop show that is based in Hawaii. According to TV Guide, Frankie’s Leonard and Carol’s Aunt Deb met in chemotherapy.

Frankie Valli is best known for his music, though he has had some screen time in the past. He has appeared in several movies, to include the 1970 version of Grease, which starred John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John. Not to go unmentioned is Valli’s extensive resume of celebrity guest appearances on just about every show from Rachel Ray to the 63rd Annual Tony Awards.

It’s true, Valli’s acting resume is rather extensive. But his history in the music business dates back to the ’60s. Valli began making music at the early 1950s and soon formed the group The Four Lovers which was later changed to The Four Seasons of today. Not only has Frankie Valli been the recipient of several awards and honors while involved in the music industry, he has also been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Vocal Group Hall of Fame.

His addition to Hawaii Five-0 should prove to be an interesting one.

In related news, Enstars has recently released details regarding the commemorative Hawaii Five-0 100th episode. During the 100th episode, the Wo Fat story is supposed to come to a conclusion.
