Phaedra Parks Divorce: Apollo Nida Plans To Spill Secrets Soon, What’s Known So Far In Tell-All Book
As the Phaedra Parks divorce rumors continue, Apollo Nida’s prison sentence date gets closer. The Real Housewives of Atlanta husband is preparing to begin his eight-year sentence on September 10. If you think he’s going without a final farewell, think again.
According to a TMZ report, Nida is about to spill some secrets in a new tell-all book he’s writing. His autobiography will highlight many aspects of his life. What’s known so far is that the book details his upbringing, his life, and the choices he’s made that have taken him where he is. He has a team of writers helping him complete the book before he moves to his new address in Kentucky. In fact, the 35-year-old Real Housewives star has already done a photo shoot for the book’s cover.
It’s unknown if he’ll be sharing any secrets about his marriage to Phaedra Parks or his experience appearing on RHOA. If he feels he has nothing to lose at this point, he may very well do that. He already believes his marriage is doomed and that divorce is inevitable.
As for his sons, Apollo Nida may express some emotional moments when it comes to his children. He was raised in a broken home and doesn’t want his sons to make the same mistakes he has.
“I love my kids,” Nida told People in July. “Coming from a non-father, non-mother background, I think at the end of the day, I feel sad and disappointed that I let my little man down.”
As a previous report by The Inquisitr revealed, Phaedra Parks’ husband owes $1.9 million in restitution fees in addition to serving eight years in prison after being convicted of bank fraud and identity theft.
Parks has largely been mum on the whole divorce rumors scene. She’s busy making news for other reasons. The RHOA star went to the beach with Porsha Stewart a few days ago and just participated in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Phaedra reportedly did it for two reasons: to raise awareness for ALS and to do it in memory of Michael Brown, the 18-year-old who was gunned down in Ferguson, Missouri, last month.
It’s evident that this couple’s divorce will remain pure speculation for the time being. It’s also fairly safe to assume that Apollo and Phaedra are locked in a bitter battle. While Phaedra hasn’t specifically confirmed or denied anything, Apollo hints that things are less than perfect in their marriage. When she didn’t appear for his sentence hearing, it was an obvious sign she didn’t want to be seen as supportive of her criminal husband.
