‘Teen Mom’ Leah Messer To Lose Custody Of Twin Daughters?

Teen Mom Leah Messer-Calvert may have a custody battle ahead of her. According to Radar Online. The MTV star’s ex-husband, Corey Simms, is planning to file for full custody of their twin daughters, Ali and Aleeah.

Corey Simms reportedly threatened Leah Messer, telling her that he was considering filing for full custody of the twins after Leah asked Corey for even more child support a month. As Teen Mom fans know, Corey was already paying $800 a month to Leah for the girls.

In Touch Weekly Magazine reports that Leah Messer was totally shocked by Corey Simms threats, and that the Teen Mom believed they had a better relationship than that.

“Leah was caught off guard,” an insider tells the magazine. Messer and Simms, who split in 2011, “have gotten along and co-parent their kids so well. She doesn’t understand why Corey would do something like this.”

However, this situation may not be all about the money, although All The Teen Moms reports that Leah’s hubby makes up to $19K a month. In addition to Leah asking Corey for more child support, Messer was recently filmed taking prescription medication to deal with her stress and anxiety, and it made her totally loopy with slurred, incoherent speech, and strange behavior.

“I feel like I’m about to start crying because I feel like… I’m on drugs and I’ve never felt like that ever in my life. I don’t like feeling like that. I feel like I’m slurring and I just feel really weird and I’m freaking out,” the Teen Mom told her husband, Jeremy Calvert on the show.

The Teen Mom 2 mom is allegedly very upset over Corey’s threats of filing for full custody of Ali and Aleeah, whom she says are her whole life, along with her youngest daughter, Adalynn.

“She couldn’t believe that Corey would stoop so low, especially since he knows that she’s a good mom,” a friend says, adding that Messer claims she’s no longer using pills. “She’s sober now.”

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, the Teen Mom 2 stars recently hit NYC to film the reunion, and all, including Leah, looked better than ever.

Of course, the Teen Mom does have a lot on her plate. Not only does she care for three little girls full time, she also has Ali’s special health needs to worry about, as the preschooler has been diagnosed with a rare form of Muscular Dystrophy, and, at times, requires a wheel chair to keep up with other children her age.
