Justin Verlander Addresses Nude Kate Upton Photos
Justin Verlander, Tigers’ pitcher and boyfriend of Kate Upton has opened up about the nude photos that leaked of himself and the model-actress. As a result, Verlander is reluctantly speaking out, and he doesn’t mince his words either.
According to the Associated Press the Detroit baseball player’s relationship with Kate Upton, nudes or not, is not up for grabs. Justin refuses to talk about his relationship and instead focuses on their privacy in the wake of the leak.
“I’m not going to comment on my personal life. I never have and I never plan on it. I keep my personal life personal. The focus for me is on the Detroit Tigers. I don’t want to take any focus away from this team and what we’re trying to accomplish.”
He continued:
“We’re in the middle of a pennant race. We’re trying to win a pennant and all of my focus currently is on doing whatever I can to help our team win our division.”
Even though Verlander is focusing on his game, he did recognize that now there’s some extra attention on him because of the nude photographs that leaked.
“I know a couple of guys wanted to get some questions from me yesterday. Instead of everybody kind of sneaking around and getting questions at specific times, it’s just easier to say, ‘I’m not commenting on that. I’m trying to win a pennant.'”
As we previously reported the 4Chan hack of dozens of celebrities’ photo stream accounts happened over the weekend. Nude photos leaked out on the internet and one by one celebrities’ representatives were putting out statements about what’s said to be one of the biggest breaches of Apple.
Some of the celebrities targeted include Jennifer Lawrence, Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting, Lea Michele, Aubrey Plaza, Candice Swanepoel, Kim Kardashian, and Emily Browning.
Other celebrities are speaking out in the midst of the leak in solidarity. Girls creator, writer and star Lena Dunham has used twitter to take down harmful perceptions about this crime.
