Hilary Duff Puts Mansion On The Market For Second Time, Lowers Asking Price

If you’re in the market for a super huge home to call your very own Disney star Hilary Duff has placed her 9,277 square foot house on the open market.

The mom-to-be listed her mansion this week and according to the listing it features five-bedrooms, six-bathrooms, a wine cellar, gym, gift-wrapping room, game room and of course a swimming pool. If wine isn’t really your thing the home also features a cognac room.

The Toluca based residence has been on the market one other time when Hilary Duff offered it up for $7 million last year. Apparently the actress is now more serious about off-loading the home, offering to take $6.25 million.

9,277 square feet is quite a lot of space but I personally would like it a few more bedrooms and a few more bathrooms at that price. All kidding aside it’s a beautiful home and here’s one more picture to prove it.
